Our Story

From Ibadan, built for Nigeria

Provydr was founded in Ibadan, Nigeria, from a simple observation: Nigerian event organisers and service businesses were running their operations with fragmented, expensive, or non-existent tools. The industry needed a platform designed for how Nigerian businesses actually work — with local payment infrastructure, local support, and a deep understanding of local event culture.

We started by building software for event organisers — ticketing, certificates, check-in, email — and quickly expanded to professional services as clients asked for marketing, technical support, and promotion help. Today, Provydr serves organisations across Nigeria's major cities with both the technology and the expertise to make their events and businesses exceptional.
