These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Provydr platform operated by Provydr Technologies Ltd ("Provydr", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
Provydr provides event management software (Event Portal), a vendor directory (Vendor Portal), certificate verification services, and professional services including digital marketing, event technical support, and promotion.
You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Each organisation on Provydr is a separate account. Team member invitations are the responsibility of the organisation administrator. Provydr is not responsible for actions taken by team members added by your organisation.
Provydr offers subscription-based plans for the Event Portal (Starter trial, Growth, Scale) and Vendor Portal (Basic, Standard, Premium). Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payment processing is handled by Paystack. Provydr does not store payment card details. By initiating a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms of service.
Certificate designer add-on fees (NGN 500 per certificate on Growth plan) are charged at the time of certificate issuance. Scale plan includes certificate issuance at no additional per-cert fee.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Event organisers are solely responsible for the events they create on Provydr, including content accuracy, delivery, refunds to attendees, and compliance with applicable laws. Provydr is a technology platform only and is not responsible for the conduct of events.
Organiser-collected payments (via Paystack integration) are deposited directly to the organiser's Paystack account. Provydr does not hold or process attendee funds on behalf of organisers.
Tickets and certificates issued on Provydr are for the specific event as configured by the organiser. Provydr's certificate verification service provides a permanent verification URL but does not guarantee the content of the event or the credentials it represents.
Vendors listed on Provydr are independent service providers. Provydr does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality, availability, or conduct of listed vendors. Engagements between event organisers and vendors are made at the parties' own discretion and risk.
Vendors agree to provide accurate information in their profiles. Misrepresentation may result in immediate removal from the directory without refund.
For Provydr's professional services (digital marketing, event technical support, event promotion, website & branding), specific terms and deliverables will be agreed upon in a separate engagement agreement or quote acceptance. These Terms govern the general relationship; the engagement agreement governs the specific scope of work.
The Provydr platform, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Provydr Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform elements without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload (event descriptions, logos, images, vendor profiles). By uploading content, you grant Provydr a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content to operate the platform and promote it (e.g., featured events on the homepage).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provydr's liability for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Provydr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Provydr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Oyo State, Nigeria, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
